The organization's mission is to install, operate, and manage welfare technology solutions within healthcare and social services. The tasks include, among other things, the assembly and administration of keyless locks, emergency alarms, and various types of sensors.

In this position, you will collaborate with various professional groups to shape and develop the welfare technology of the future within Söderhamn Municipality. You will have ongoing contact with many different parties, such as users, healthcare staff, business developers, and suppliers, which requires good collaboration skills and communication.

Workplace Description

Be part of creating a successful Söderhamn! In the Welfare sector, we focus on adults over 20 years old. The sector gathers the services and competencies that have the greatest impact on strengthening adults' and seniors' own resources so they can live as meaningful and independent a life as possible throughout all phases of life. Here, about 1100 employees work with people in various life situations through their professional roles in areas such as care and nursing homes, home care, home healthcare, LSS housing, social psychiatry, addiction centers, and sales units.

Your Competence

We are looking for someone who has completed upper secondary education. Experience in home care or nursing homes is an advantage. It is also beneficial if you have experience in IT administration as well as knowledge in assembly and installation. It is a plus if you are educated in or have experience with welfare technology. The position requires a valid driver's license for a manual transmission vehicle.

As a person, you are secure and stable with good self-awareness. You are attentive and focus on the needs of others, with an approach that adapts to the situation. You have clear values and can engage in ethical discussions in various contexts.

Furthermore, you are self-driven and take responsibility for your tasks by pushing processes forward and identifying areas for improvement. You collaborate well with others, communicate clearly, and handle potential conflicts constructively. Finally, you are service-oriented, calm, and attentive, with a professional and accommodating demeanor.
